Peak Performance Agreement

SERVICE AGREEMENTS

 

King's Preferential Service

Maintaining 'Comfort in Your Castle' is our first priority. Clients receive 'priority status' emergency service before non-agreement customers. Trust us to keep your systems running efficiently.

 

Parts and Materials

The agreement does not include any parts or materials except maintenance materials (i.e. lubrication and cleaning supplies) necessary to perform the required maintenance.

 

Discounts and Savings

We provide a 15% discount on all repair parts and do not charge for overtime when you choose to use  a service agreement.

 

Hours of Service

Services covered by our King's Perferential Service agreement are scheduled during our regular hours of 8AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday, except holidays. After hours or weekend scheduling is available for an additional charge.

 

Repairs Outside of Agreement

Any repairs required beyond those provided in this agreement will be identified and billed on a time and material basis.

 

Agreement Terms

This agreement is for one year from the effective date. The agreement renewal price and terms will remain the same unless we notify you of any changes in writing, at least 30 days before it expires.

 

Maintenance Records

We maintain a complete record of all maintenance and repairs we perform and deliver a written report upon completion of any work.

 

Tune-Ups Bi-Annually

Preventative maintenance keeps your system efficient and helps prevent damage. We schedule your tune-ups at your convenience.

 

Additional Service

Add a filter change to your service agreement for an additional fee and let us change the filter for you.

Todd King's Heating and Cooling will not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, or as a consequence of any performance under any service agreement.
